The vows were written, the suits pressed, the rings ready. Friends and family had gathered, and Logan and Tyler were about to make it official. Of course, it wouldn’t be them without a little rule-breaking... and a playful spanking to match.
Here’s the full story of how the day unfolded:
The morning had been a blur of excitement, texts from friends, deliveries of flowers and food, and well-meaning chaos from Tyler’s side of the family. The plan was simple: the grooms wouldn’t see each other until the ceremony. Logan was getting ready at their apartment. Tyler was holed up in the suite at the hotel where the ceremony would be held later that afternoon.
At least, that was supposed to be the plan.
Logan was just finishing with his tie when he heard the apartment door open. His heart skipped. He knew that particular soft-footed tread.
“Tyler,” he called out, voice half amused, half warning, “you are not supposed to be here.”
Tyler peeked around the bedroom door, looking absolutely unrepentant in just a pair of silky briefs and an unbuttoned white dress shirt. “I missed you.”
Logan crossed his arms, giving him a look. “You just couldn’t behave, could you?”
Tyler padded closer. “You love me this way.”
“I do,” Logan admitted. He sat on the edge of the bed and crooked his finger. “But you know what happens when a naughty boy breaks the rules on his wedding day.”
Tyler’s grin was wicked. “You still owe me something blue.”
Logan’s eyes darkened with fond amusement. “Get over here.”
Without hesitation, Tyler sprawled himself across Logan’s lap, his smooth, bare backside a tempting target. Logan began with slow, warm swats, each one drawing a pleased hum from Tyler.
“This,” smack, “is for sneaking in here.”
Smack. “This is for tempting me.”
Smack. “And this,” Logan teased, rubbing Tyler’s now glowing pink cheeks, “... is so you can tell your friends later that I gave you something blue. Even if it won’t leave a mark.”
Tyler wiggled, breathless and happy. “You’re the best husband already.”
Logan leaned down to press a kiss between Tyler’s shoulder blades. “And you’re mine. Now go — get dressed, or we’ll both be late to our own wedding.”
A few hours later, the guests had gathered, the string quartet was playing softly, and the sunlit garden was filled with friends and family.
Logan stood at the front, looking breathtaking in a perfectly tailored navy suit. Tyler practically glowed as he made his entrance — the faintest blush on his cheeks (and elsewhere), eyes sparkling.
When they finally stood before each other, hands joined, their officiant smiled and nodded for them to begin their vows.
Logan’s voice was steady, eyes locked on Tyler’s. “From the first moment I saw you, I knew — you needed someone to love you, cherish you... and keep you in line,” he added, softly enough for only Tyler and their knowing friends to catch. “I promise to be your rock, your partner, and the one who always has your back... and sometimes your backside. I love you, Tyler. I choose you, today and always.”
Tyler grinned — the kind of grin that made Logan’s heart flip — and began his own vows, voice light and full of warmth.
“I never thought I’d meet someone who could handle all of... this,” Tyler said, gesturing to himself with a wink. “But then you came along — steady, strong, the best man I’ve ever known... and with a very firm hand when needed.” A few stifled chuckles rippled through their friends, while the rest of the guests smiled, none the wiser. “I promise to keep making you laugh, to stand beside you no matter what life throws at us, and to always — always — keep things interesting.”
There wasn’t a dry eye in the front row.
When the officiant declared, “You may now kiss your husband,” Logan didn’t hesitate. He pulled Tyler close, one hand on his waist, the other cradling the back of his head, and kissed him long and deep — with every bit of love and promise between them.
The crowd erupted in cheers. Tyler’s arms twined around Logan’s neck, murmuring just loud enough for him to hear: “Best wedding gift ever.”
Logan chuckled. “Just wait for the honeymoon.”
As they stood hand in hand, flushed and grinning, their officiant — Danny, grinning just as wide — turned to the guests and raised his voice.
“With immense joy,” Danny said, “I now present to you, for the very first time — Logan Prescott and Tyler Archer-Prescott!”
The applause redoubled, echoing across the garden.
Logan leaned in and kissed Tyler’s temple. “You ready for forever?”
Tyler squeezed his hand. “Absolutely. Just... maybe no more spankings until after dinner?”
